I don't know but I'd guess it's a lot newer than that, maybe from the 80s or early 90s. I'll have to get it translated.
It translates as : "Merciless Satanists as the enemy, must be vanished."Satanists in Buddhist use generally means anti-Buddhist and can mean anyone who fanatically opposes all religions.
